Election of the PhD student representatives to the Faculty Board of the PhD Programme in Biomolecular Sciences – 41st cycle
Voting will take place on-line mode only and will open on:
February 24th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m to 03:30 p.m.
February 25th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m to 03:30 p.m.
Students already enrolled to the Biomolecular Sciences PhD course on the date of the elections will be eligible to vote.
Electors during the opening hours of the voting booth, may access the electronic voting platform from their own device by using their institutional credentials (e-mail address and e-mail password).
Upon access, they will receive a one-time password (OTP) unlocking code to be entered on the e-voting platform; this code will be sent by e-mail to their personal e-mail address (and not to the official one).
As far as the election of the PhD representation is concerned, within the Academic Board, each elector can exercise a single preference only.
The election shall be valid provided that at least 3% of those entitled to vote take part in the voting.
After verifying the regularity of voting operations by the Electoral Commission, those who have obtained the required majority will be elected.
The constitution of the voting booth will be established by a subsequent decree of the Director of the Department and will be further published on the Department website.
Entitled to elect the PhD students’ representatives within the Faculty Board are:
- active voters are those who are enrolled to the PhD course on the date of the elections.
- passive voters (candidates) are those who are enrolled to the PhD course on the date of announcement of the call.
