Elections open for PhD students’ representatives within Biomolecular Sciences PhD Faculty Board for:
3 representatives of the students enrolled to Biomolecular Sciences PhD course 37th cycle;
3 representatives of the students enrolled to Biomolecular Sciences PhD course 38th cycle;
3 representatives of the students enrolled to Biomolecular Sciences PhD course 39th cycle;
Voting will take place on-line mode only and will open on:
March 20th, 2024, from 10:00 a.m to 03:30 p.m.
March 21st, 2024, from 10:00 a.m to 03:00 p.m.
Electors during the opening hours of the place of voting, can access the platform for the electronic vote directly from their mobile phone/pc/mac. The link to access the platform will be sent via e-mail to the official university e-mail address. The voting procedure includes the OTP code received on the moment you access the voting portal.
Each elector can exercise a single preference only.
Entitled to elect the PhD students’ representatives within the Faculty Board are:
- active voters are those who are enrolled to the PhD course on the date of the elections.
- passive voters (candidates) are those who are enrolled to the PhD course on the date of announcement of the call.
Any other info related to the voting process is specified in the call for application published.
